This 1.5 m tall wall-mount bracket has a 600 mm offset from the mounting surface. It is Hot-Dipped Galvanised (HDG) for longevity. Commonly called a J-bracket or L-bracket, these are widely used to mount antennas or satellite dishes to walls to act as an antenna mast. The required offset depends on the application, usually a roof overhang.
